Eligibility
- You are the legal owner or have authorization to manage the property.
- You are at least 18 years of age.
- ou agree to provide accurate and complete property information.
Property Owner Responsibilities
- Ensuring the property complies with local laws and safety regulations.
- Providing keys, access information, and necessary amenities.
- Maintaining valid property insurance coverage.
- Covering repair or replacement costs for damages not caused by guests.
Booking & Payment Terms
- Better Bookings may collect rental income on your behalf and distribute payments according to the agreed schedule, minus management fees and applicable charges.
- Payments to owners are made on a monthly or per-booking basis, as per contract.
- Cancellations and refunds follow the policy outlined in your service agreement and/or booking platforms.
Guest Policies
- House rules specified in the listing
- Local laws and quiet hours
- Check-in and check-out times
Violation of these terms may result in cancellation without refund.
Liability & Indemnity
- Loss or damage caused by guests, third-party services, or natural disasters
- Revenue loss due to force majeure events or platform disruptions

Program Overview
Eligibility to Participate
2.1 Referrer Eligibility
- Any individual aged 18 or older may participate in this Program
- Participants must provide accurate contact and payment information
- Company employees and their immediate family members are excluded from participation
2.2 Referral Eligibility
- Referred parties must be new property owners who do not currently hold a management contract with Better Bookings
- Referred properties must be located within the Costa Del Sol region
- Only properties used for vacation rental purposes qualify for this Program
Referral Process
3.1 Making a Referral
- Referrals must be made through personal recommendation only (word-of-mouth)
- Paid advertising, spam, or other marketing methods are strictly prohibited
- All referrals must be submitted through the official referral form at https://hostwithbb.com/referral
- Referrers must provide complete information including: referred owner's name, email, phone number, and property details
3.2 Verification Requirements
- The referred party must mention the referrer's name during initial contact with Better Bookings
- We will confirm with the referred party that they have a genuine relationship with the referrer
- A confirmed relationship between referrer and referred party is mandatory for reward eligibility
- In cases of multiple referral claims for the same property owner, the first submitted referral will be considered valid ("first come" principle)
4. Rewards Structure
4.1 Reward Types
- Reward amounts and types are specified on our referral page at https://hostwithbb.com/referral and may vary based on current promotions
- Rewards may be paid as cash via bank transfer or as account credits (credit option available only to existing Better Bookings property owners)
4.2 Payment Requirements
- For cash payments: Recipients must provide either:
- Valid autónomo invoice, or
- Company invoice
- For credit payments: Credits will be added to existing Better Bookings client accounts only
4.3 Payment Timeline
- Rewards are paid 30 days after the referred property's first guest completes their checkout
- All qualifying conditions must be met before payment processing
Qualifying Conditions
- The referred party must sign a management contract with Better Bookings
- The referred property must receive its first confirmed reservation
- The first guest must successfully complete their stay and checkout
- 30 days must pass following the first guest's completed checkout
- The management contract must remain active at the time of reward payment
Program Restrictions
6.1 Referral Limitations
- No limits on the number of referrals per participant
- Self-referrals are strictly prohibited
- Each property owner may only be referred once
- Referrer and referred party must have a genuine existing relationship
- In cases of duplicate referrals, the first submitted claim takes precedence
6.2 Prohibited Activities
- Spam or unsolicited communications
- Paid advertising or promotional activities
- Misrepresentation of the referral relationship
- Any fraudulent or deceptive practices

8.1 Program Changes

Tax and Legal Responsibilities
9.1 Tax Obligation
- Recipients are solely responsible for declaring referral rewards as income according to applicable tax laws
- Better Bookings assumes no responsibility for tax compliance or declarations
- Recipients should consult tax professionals regarding their obligations
- Any fraudulent or deceptive practices
9.2 Legal Compliance
Participants must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in their jurisdiction.
Data Protection and Privacy
10.1 Personal Data
By participating in this Program, you consent to Better Bookings collecting, processing, and storing your personal information for Program administration purposes.
10.2 Referral Information
You confirm that you have obtained necessary consent from referred parties to share their contact information with Better Bookings.
10.3 Data Retention
Personal data will be retained only as long as necessary for Program administration and legal compliance.
Dispute Resolution
11.1 Communication

11.2 Resolution Process
- Better Bookings will investigate all legitimate disputes
- Our decision on any dispute is final and binding
- We aim to respond to disputes within 10 business days
Limitation of Liability
General Terms
13.1 Governing Law
These terms are governed by Spanish law and subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Costa Del Sol, Spain.
13.2 Severability
If any provision of these terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
13.3 Entire Agreement
These terms constitute the entire agreement regarding the referral Program and supersede all prior communications or agreements.
